Very bright architect house with an overhead canopy, located 2 steps from the center and 300 m from the beach, in a quiet dead end street, with a small courtyard.
Very functional and well thought out house.
Ideal house to accommodate several generations at the same time
The grandparents occupy the ground floor with a single storey bedroom and an adjoining bathroom
Parents upstairs with a bedroom with double bed
Children settle in the large bedroom with 2 single beds.
The upper floor has its own bathroom
Ideal accommodation for 2 couples, each with their own space.
One sits on the ground floor with bedroom and bathroom.
The other occupies the upper floor with bedroom and bathroom.
The house is composed:
Ground floor: bedroom, bathroom (wall hung toilet, sink, Italian shower), very bright living room with an open fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, induction hob, grill and extractor hood, fridge-freezer).
Floor: 1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, a bathroom (wall hung toilet, sink, Italian shower)
