House was recently remodeled, clean and has everything you need. Roku TV and Ceiling fans in every room, mini split a/c with heater. Washer and dryer in bathroom. House has a small kitchen with granite countertops, plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender wand, microwave, full size stove and fridge. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and blankets. Furniture is very simple and uncluttered allowing space to move around. Floor is all tile allowing for easy cleanup. House is on a large lot, very quiet and relaxing. Other homes in the area are spread out allowing for privacy. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer in front (My boat is usually parked on the side of the house). Several oak trees provide shade around BBQ pit and small Fish cleaning table. A small deck in the back yard provides a screened, covered seating area. Quiet and private country living, Very relaxing and only a sort drive to restuarants, shopping, and beaches. Well behaved pets allowed, if you pets sheds please try to clean up as much hair as possible before leaving. Strong Spectrum WiFi

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house on Holiday Beach. The owner was very prompt answering our questions. The mosquitos were bad due to the recent rains. It is located in a quiet area. We had a rabbit greet us several times when we came back from town. We had a little trouble finding the driveway entrance because the property next door was overgrown. Reflectors at the driveway would help coming in at night. We would stay here again.

Summary: The house is a really nice and cozy place to stay. It had all of the amenities of home and in a really quiet area. The host was very nice, informative and willing to accommodate. If I’m in the area, I would definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed my month stay here and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Summary: This is our second year to stay here. A very clean and cozy house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bed is very comfortable and a nice backyard for our dogs. We got to experience fireflies for the first time in our lives. Just step out the front door at about 9:00 p.m. and they are everywhere. A short drive over the bay to Rockport and you have several wonderful restaurants to choose from. The Redfish house always feels like coming home.

Summary: Overall the space was exactly what we needed.. It had all of the basic necessities for our stay. The property manager/owner was very prompt in answering all questions and the rental process was easy. The only downside was the surrounding tall grass. We were unable to enjoy the backyard and patio areas due to overgrown grass and mosquitoes. There was also tall grass/weeds on the property that could have been better maintained.
