Located just off the Medieval centre of Pezenas, in a small cup-de-sac, the house has 1 bedroom.
First floor: living room, dining area and the kitchen,
next floor: large bedroom with a bathroom and WC.
There is a small roof terrace, very private, but it is only for the sporty at heart because the stairs to get onto the terrace are steep. We advertise the house as an apartment because it is an individual house, but small enough to be considered an apartment.
The house is airy, bright, and we are constantly working to improve the environment. A home away from home, we hope that you, like us, will enjoy the feel of the house and the town. Discreetly in the background, there is a property manager who is always available to give you any help and information that you might need, and ensure that your vacation is as enjoyable as possible.

Summary: We stayed at the house last year and the location suited us very much. The house is well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. The price is very reasonable considering the area, the location and the confort. We came for 4 nights for the film festival and luckily the weather too, was on our side. thank you for the hosts for making us feel welcome and wanted.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay and the fact that the owners took the trouble to installs internet connection (some complained that there wasn't any). We walked everywhere, restaurant movies (in English) and just a walk around the place.

Summary: Excellent apartment. However the apartment lacked wi-fi, a microwave and a dishwasher. The dishwasher's not that apartment but kitchen towels are. We loved being close to the historic district and enjoyed the folder of information which came with the apartment. Stephanie, the apartment manager, was very helpful.

Summary: summer time in Pezenas is wonderful for the activities in the streets. the house is situated just one street away from the main road. We had a great time. Not a good place for people that can't climb stairs, because the bedroom is upstairs above the living room. We have visited Pezenas before so we were familiar that all the places have stairs, it is unavoidable, and so we did not mind it, but it is important to mention this for someone who has never been there before.. My sister and myself would like to thank the owners for the excellent kitchen. It is well equipped, and we had a note letting us know that all the ingrédients in the cupboard were left there for us to enjoy. The terrace is is high above living room and the stairs are steep, but once you are there, it is privacy assured. Excellent location to recommend.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely house Les Volets Verts in a delightful location for two weeks in July and had the most wonderful time. The house is perfectly situated for enjoying the very best of this town and the surrounding area with every facility we needed within easy walking distance including several patisseries, the best of which was just across the road next to the Cafe D’Art and restaurants and cafés in abundance throughout the town. The walk to Carrefour is also quite doable. There is a super street market on a Saturday and there was wonderful wine and food festival each of the Friday evenings on the Main Street just steps away from the house. Les Volets Verts was very well equipped with almost everything we needed, for our stay. A microwave would however have been appreciated as at temperatures in the mid to high thirties and no air con it was really too hot to have the oven on so we ate out every evening. Appreciating that this is a personal holiday home, we did find that storage space for our possessions and food stuffs was rather too limited, as the locked cabinets in the bathroom and filled cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, meant we had nowhere to store anything outside of the fridge. The locked wardrobe and flimsy canvass alternative in the downstairs bedroom might also be rethought. Most of all the presence of the bed in the lounge (not shown in the picture) was rather unwelcome as it consumed far too much of an already very tight flooorspace and was not in the least bit comfortable to sit on. This along with lots of other furniture, lamps etc meant that with two 6ft plus gentlemen in our party we were struggling to move in the lounge area. This was the first rental holiday home of very many previously rented by us where we had no Wi-Fi, this was somewhat problematic when trying to plan our day trips. (Our UK personal hotspot did not work in France). These comments are shared as constructive rather than critical feedback as aside from these points we really did like the house and enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property. Summary: I stayed in this charming town house during Christmas ,it was the perfect place for me. Because the house was cosy and well equipped and perfectly situated on a quiet street in the center of Pezenas which means walking distance ( 5 min. ) to everything. It was an unforgettable Christmas for me.

Summary: We recently had the pleasure of staying at volet vert. The location was great and only a short walk to the Main Street which came alive on the Saturday when the fabulous weekly market took over the street. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries close by. There are even 2 oyster huts which will freshly shuck for you. The apartment is neat and very comfortable. We had some questions and were easily able to contact the local manager who helped us. Pezenas is a stunning town and the apartment was a perfect place to base ourselves to explore.
