Positive: No breakfast. Partial view of the gulf. Didn't match the picture of the view posted.
Negative: After arriving to the property I discovered that the picture shown for rent was Unit 4. We were in Unit 3. I based my decision to book based on the lovely picture that was posted. 100% deception in my opinion. Also the view of the Gulf was obstructed by 2 additional houses going up. Again, I based my decision to book based on the unobstructed view shown on the site. 100% deception again in my opinion.
Summary: We made the best of it; however if I had known or seen the correct "house", I would NOT have booked.

Negative: Construction in front of the condo but a damper on the beach view.

Positive: I loved the location, beach access, view from the balconies, and ease of getting into the unit. The house has amenities needed for a family to live comfortably during the stay i.e. paper products, soap and shampoo/conditioner, dishes, appliances, cable, internet. The space is well laid out, with comfortable beds and furnishings. We used two of the various puzzles, cable in the living room, and internet during our down time. The patio furniture was great for coffee in the mornings, sitting or rocking while reading a book and for sunset views. We appreciate the washer/dryer though we didn't use it. We also appreciate that the location allowed us to easily get to beach, access the shops in the downtown area and felt like we are the only people in the area. Also, being able to bring little fur baby is a major factor in the selection.
Negative: The construction during the day was distracting. The staff had music playing and talking as well, didn't want to lay out on the recliners with staff there. The interior furnishings can use a refresh i.e. sofa pillows, paint for rails and doors, extra blankets, maybe pressure wash the exterior of the building. The tub in the guest bath is not draining at a normal rate, the bikes had flats (not sure if there was a pump in the storage). Would be helpful to have a book with recommendations of restaurants, shopping, check out process, pet rules for the beach, and maybe feedback from other guests.
Summary: We had a great time visiting Rosemary beach and appreciate having a clean place with beach access.

Negative: Musty smell upon initial entry (not enough air fresheners). No reminder to regularly empty the dehumidifier (took a little bit to realize to empty it regularly). Bicycles were not usable…one had a rusty that turned with difficulty with low air in the tires, the other bike had low air in both tires and the cap on one of them was wedged in and an angle that would not allow removal.
Summary: A few bumps but overall a good stay.

Positive: The location was wonderful. It was quiet and easily accessible. The furnishings were nice and adequate.
Negative: The only drawback was construction of a new property between the one I stayed in and the beach that did obstruct the view. I also wish it hadn't been as long of a walk to the beach.
