Positive: The owners were incredibly charming, always available, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is excellent, providing easy access to nearby amenities. Positive: We had a fantastic time at this lovely property! The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only minor limitation was that there was just one bathroom with a shower, which can be a bit time-consuming for larger groups. The location was perfect – close to Amsterdam but still in a peaceful area. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which was perfect for unwinding in the evening. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back!

Positive: the location is good from several perspectives. First it's close to Amsterdam - about 40min with traffic and 20-30 without traffic. It also have have boat rental right in the place and two bars/restaurants which is also important. Clean and nice, has all the essentials and facilities.
Negative: The only thing I can mention is deposit. It is in cache and this is not connivence for people who don't live in EU. in your last day you stay with cache in euro:)

Positive: great location to enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, at half distance from Utrecht and Amsterdam (which is only 30 to 40min away so you can visit easily). the house is comfortable and well organized for a family. you can also benefit from the beach club restaurant nearby where we had a very nice evening drink. House was very clean and all set-up for us when we arrived. Yolanda was very nice and perfect to host us upon arrival and at departure !
Negative: nothing that we didn’t like. for people staying over several days, it would be great to have slightly more things for day to day care such as laundry powder and bleach.
