Positive: Quiet location with a good forest nearby, spacy garden, a place for barbeque, multiple rooms in the house
Negative: The 2nd toilet (upstairs) could have been repaired! And the water supply to a sink in the 1st (ground floor) could have also been repaired. The proper wood for barbeque was not actually there and we had to buy charcoal. There were some dangers for small kids in the garden (broken glass near the garden house).
Summary: Quiet place with a potential but in a need for reparations.
