Summary: 4 couples rented out this house in July 2019. We have known each other for 12 years and were comfortable sharing a bathroom...2 couples per bathroom. The views are exactly as described and seen in the photos. It is a close drive from all the scenic Northern Italy. Train station is in walking distance for those who want train it. I am a cyclist and loved circumnavigating Lake Iseo. Took 2 hours. We were confused as to how to do garbage. We sorted and bagged it, but didn't figure out that we needed to take it to the recycling center. Recommend both the area and the facility.

Summary: The house lives up to it’s advertised expectations. The location above Lake Iseo and overlooking Monte Isola ( unobstructed) is perfect. On a clear day we see the southern part of the lake and northwards, the beginning of Val Camonica leading into the Italian Alps. Lake Iseo is a much smaller lake than its more famous neighbours but it is the perfect base to see nearby towns without too much difficulty, it is far less busy and less crowded than Lake Como for example. The view from the house provides plenty of interest. The house is extremely comfortable and has stylish decor and is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious. The outside verandah is large is perfect for relaxation and meals. There is a large surrounding private garden which provides peace and tranquillity. There is off street parking. Heating is very well regulated (central heating) and there is an open fireplace as well. Maria is a wonderful host , and was very accommodating and helpful. We would heartily recommend Villa Valeriana.

Summary: Many thanks for letting us stay in your fantastic accommodation. The view is absolutely amazing and one we will all remember for a very long time. My sister has done lots of travelling around the world and she said The Taj Mahal in Indian is the same feeling which took her breath away, as the view at your accommodation gave her the same feeling!!! Your accommodation had everything which we needed. It was a home from home feeling with lots of extra bits which were very useful. Hiring a motor boat on the lake was fantastic way of seeing a different view of the landscape. Hopefully one day we shall return back to that area for its outstanding beauty. Summary: We spent the Easter week in Maria's house. The views were absolutely outstanding, it kept changing according to the weather and the time of day. We had a glorious Easter lunch in the sunshine on the grass area. It was a bit too cold for the terrasse, but I can imagine one would spend a huge amount of time on it in the summer months. The house itself was very comfortable and the kitchen is super well equipped. There are lots of supermarket to choose from (one walking distance), a great pastry shop and a pizza counter that makes paper thin, melt in the mouth pizzas. We enjoyed spending time in the house (the kids loved playing in the garden, looking for bugs and lizards and jumping off low walls) but it was also a good base to visit the surroundings. We went to Brescia, Verona, Sirmione, Lake Garda. Boat hopping on lake Iseo was also good fun. We would happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time gazing at the view, sketching, reading or just slowing down in beautiful surroundings.

Summary: This property was totally amazing, the view was just ridiculous, it was difficult to leave the property to do any site seeing it was just so lovely. The hosts were so accommodating we truly felt like we are at home away from home. Thank you - your property was the highlight of our holiay.

Summary: The covered veranda definitely makes this property. We were able to eat and read outside the whole visit enjoying the villa's outstanding view. It is quiet but within walking distance to the town for restaurants and groceries and ferry to Montisola. We also highly recommend a day in Bergamo, exploring the wine country, as well as the towns around Lake Iseo. The owners are delightful and very, very responsive to all our questions. Could not have been more pleased.
