Positive: The location is perfect. It’s a short walk in to town, where you can find great places for coffee, fresh food and dinning. Also the pool is really good.
Negative: This is being very picky, however some of the appliances were heavily used and on their last legs. Also the photos do not give the place the justice is deserves.
Summary: Amazing week away, I have already booked to come back to the same area next year

Positive: Location was superb, lovely pool. Quiet location despite being so close to town. New bathrooms were very good. House was cool even in the warm weather.
Negative: The sofa and downstairs seating were uncomfortable. Beds were not very comfortable and bedding and towels could do with refreshing. More hangers in the wardrobes would be helpful.

Positive: Lovely big pool, house spacious and well equipped, plenty of towels and sheets changed each week. Easy walking distance to the town for morning coffee, restaurants, supermarket, petrol. Short drive to beach areas, or the autostrada for longer days out.Private parking. Lovely friendly family dog. Washing machine used a lot. Good size fridge and freezer.
Negative: There is no air conditioning, luckily our bedroom and bathroom we could leave the windows open for a breeze at night, but the upper 2 bedrooms in the attic were very hot. We asked for a fan and got one, but I think they should be in all bedrooms as standard. The pillows we're not all comfy and not 2 each.Andrea does not speak English but we got by with my limited italian and Google! NB the house(29) is within no. 31, a little confusing.
