Summary: Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, there were guests smoking inside. This was very disappointing and created an unhealthy environment, especially for my children. I kindly ask that you take stronger measures to enforce the no-smoking policy to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for families.

Summary: I like the hotel cleaning and which I don’t like is the tv don’t work at that time and not enough tea bag and coffee have and I ordered the staff to fix the tv and to bring same tea bag and coffee but they are not.

Summary: Airport shuttle was excellent, both when arriving and departing. Flexibility of staff due to change of travel plans outstanding. Very well managed hotel. Spatious family room. Breakfast service was excellent. Professional, friendly and service minded staff.
