"It Rieral" is a country house restored with charm. Its location at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana and only 4km from Puerto de Andratx, makes it the ideal place to relax during your vacation.
It has a swimming pool with sun made from a "safareig" pool made of stone or sandstone, the typical local stone, which was used from remote to irrigate the surrounding countryside times. Summary: We absolutely loved the villa, it was spacious, stylishly furnished with a wonderful swimming pool. It was well equipped for self catering but close enough to Andratx and the Port that eating out was super easy too. The only negative is that is is by a busy road so it’s not quite the peaceful rural escape you may wish for. Saying that the views are exceptional and we soon got used to the road. The location is handy for getting the bus to the port of an evening and a good supermarket is 2 mins walk. All in all we had a wonderful week with our family here and would certainly return!

Summary: We had a great time. Loved the location and the house. It had everything we needed and was in great proximity to the village, supermarket and general amenities. The pool was lovely and the variety of out door seating areas was appreciated. We would recommend!

Summary: Beautiful villa with all the home comforts you need. Very well equipped, the owner has really thought about what people might need on a holiday and has supplied everything. Comfy beds, bath and pool towels, showers with decent water pressure and an extremely well equipped kitchen; everything was there - a good array of saucepans, crockery and cutlery and even cling film, foil, a range of spices and oils. In the fridge was fresh milk, juice, water, jam, cheese, butter and a bowl of fresh fruit. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer; washing powder and other cleaning materials were also supplied. Lovely pool, deep enough to float around on and a great outdoor eating area under a vine canopy, BBQ also supplied. There is also another terrace with additional seating and table to relax and read in the shade and an area for hanging out any washing you may have. It’s an easy 5 min walk to a good supermarket and 5 mins more into the town centre. There is a bus stop virtually outside the property to take you on the short ride to the Port or, in the other direction, to Palma. Mirin, the owner, was there to meet us with the keys and show us around the villa. She had lots of local information for us and we were reassured that we could contact her at any time should the need arise. This villa is best suited for adults due to the stairs and quirky layout. There is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults with spacious rooms and places to spread out to. Thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Summary: Even before we arrived we were in contact with Miran. She had send us things to do on the island. When we arrived the fridge had Some lovely Mallorcan treats and the house is very Well equipt, from beachtowels to every single kitchen utiliteit you may think of! When we contacted her during our stay for Some advice She responded quickly :) also, supermarket is close by and Its is close to Some Nice beaches (sant elmpt). Would def stay here again!

Summary: "Es Rieral" is a beautiful finca with 4 bedrooms, very nice and modern bathrooms, a great living room and a lot of space with a pool around the building. The "campo" is just behind the house and it has a fantastic view on the Tramuntana hills. You need a 10 minutes walk into the centre of Andratx and the next super market is two minutes by foot. A bit of noise caused by the main street from Andratx down to the Puerto is the only minimum negative aspect!;-) We´ve had a great time!
