Summary: We stayed at this hotel while stuck at BWI for a delayed flight - arrived after 10 PM with no bags. We used the free shuttle both ways - very fast and easy to use. The bar stayed open, and Manny gave us great service. The front desk staff provided us with toothbrushes, toothpaste and deoderant to ease our stay with no luggage. Hot breakfast was included with real scrambled eggs. I can't say enough about the quality service we received and the convenience of this hotel.
