Summary: Checking in late at this hotel was quick and easy, but we were not informed of breakfast times—so it was a guessing game the next morning. The rooms are only available with two queens or one king; we were a family of five and initially got just three bath towels. When we asked housekeeping for two more, we were told our room was only allotted three, which was confusing. Eventually, we insisted and got the extra towels, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Breakfast was average—nothing remarkable. The arcade was disappointing as only one machine was actually working, which left little for the kids to do. The pool area itself was nice and clean, but there were never towels available at the rack. We always had to go back to the front desk to get some. Overall, the hotel has potential, but small inconveniences like lack of communication, towel shortages, and limited amenities made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. With a few adjustments, it could be much better for families.

Summary: Carpet is old and outdated m, certainly needs clean. The bathroom is extremely small and the water pressure was practically non existent. The air quality just felt stagnant and nasty.

Summary: I came to get away from everyone and everything to get my mind right checked in at 3:00 a.m. on May 4 when I paided for 2 nights only did 1 night and the hotel was wonderful but the money I spent without a light to iron my kids clothes and then to have to clean the bathroom to feel comfort to stsy isn't my job but I did it and i dont think I should have been charged all that money with issues

Summary: The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I never had to ask for anything. Everything was offered. The hotel is very clean and it smells great. I would definitely stay there again. I’ve stay at other hotels in that area and they are all good but this one is the best. Oh the bed was outstanding.

Summary: Comfortable stay but unfortunately had no water supply for over half a day and when the water returned, it was sandy for over 2 days. I don't think the hotel had anything to do with the water supply issue. but they should have offered to move me to a room with water or to provide other supply of water rather than to let me go without water.
