Summary: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the small, cute little downtown with restaurants and a little bit of shopping. A few short minutes’ drive to Binghamton U. There is a walking path behind the hotel with a view along the Chenango River. Restaurant is good - sufficient with well made cocktails. Our double room was small - bathroom area is tiny and we overlooked a roof of a building but it was fine. The front desk staff were accommodating and asked about our stay when we checked out. We told them about the drip … drip … drip leaking of the bathtub all night and they seemed eager to fix it. The rooms are clean, comfortable but a A bit outdated. We will stay here again and we were pleased with their accommodating pet policy.

Summary: Room was nice the only thing is the carpet smelled like mold. And the bathroom door was damaged wasn’t closing properly.

Summary: This is a quiet & clean hotel. This is near the greyhound bus station which allows easy access to NYC. The hotel stay was perfect. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the downtown area shopping and restaurants.

Summary: When we arrived was concerned because they gave us keys to a room that someone was staying in. All their stuff was there etc. Then they moved us to a handicap room which was not requested or needed. The front desk had no information on the restaurant in the hotel no menus nothing. We went in to give it a try and in the short timeframe we were there. A lot of people had sent their food back so we just had a drink and left.

Summary: The pool was great. The room was good. The location for us was perfect. It was a little loud due to a parking lot party for some reason.

Summary: The hotel staff was not very nice during the check-in. then, the A/C did not work in room we initially received. When we told this to the hotel staff, they said the thermostat on the wall doesn't wall. It is controlled by a central station in the lobby (How disappointing). Then, we were able to change the rooms. The A/C worked well but the room was really small. It was 04 of all and there was no room to move around.

Summary: Start to finish a great experience. EVERYONE was very friendly, the housekeepers freshened up our towels and restocked coffee, tp and anything else that needed attention. The bar in the evening was fun and you felt very at home. Ice machine worked AND you can buy botttled beer at the front desk.

Summary: Hotel staff was outstanding, friendly and attentive. What was lacking was ambience and comfort. Our room was uncomfortably cold, as was the restaurant. They promptly provided us with a space heater for the room, which helped, but was noisy, and certainly not energy efficient. The room was very large, but a ton of open, wasted space. Huge room, tiny bathroom. Heat turned off even though it has been a colder than normal spring. The restaurant was open till 10 on the weekend which was a plus, but limited menu. Overall it was okay for an overnight stay while on our way to Syracuse.
