Summary: Once we arrived, the lobby looked very nice and neatly clean. The front desk receptionist heavenly she was very nice and personable. Once we entered into our room. There was stains on the floor. The remote did not have the back to it that covered the , the chair in the room had stains on it. There was a big crack that needed repair in the bathroom by the toilet.. the gentleman that had to bring us bathroom supplies he was very kind as well.

Summary: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to airport and has shuttle service. They offer breakfast and have a restaurant on site.

Summary: Let me begin by saying, I travel alot and have stayed at an abundance of different places. And I have never before been asked to sign an agreement to pay $75.00 in the event that I chose to cut my 2-day stay to 1-day. For whatever reason if I chose to NOT stay for the entire stay, there has never been a charge. Until now, so that happened. Then, as I proceeded to my room, I believe I figured out why I'd been asked to sign the agreement. On my floor,(8th) there was signs of water leakage on the carpet. The were white stains indicating prior water leakage and possibly even mold. Surely Holiday Inn can afford a carpet cleaning service. If not for health and safety, then at the very least to avoid the appearances of possible mold damage. So that happened too. Once inside of the room, it was okay, for the most part. Although there was a dried up stain from something being spilled just inside the refrigerator door and there was no liner in the trash can. But, overall the room itself and the bathroom were both nice and clean. That was a relief. Lastly, I'd chosen this hotel for it's shuttle service and proximity to the airport. Upon my arrival I'd inquired as to the shuttle schedule and was told the shuttle hours were from 4am to 12 midnight daily. However, when I was in need of the shuttle at 9pm, I was informed it had stopped running. And, I would need to catch an Uber. Now, this may well have been an isolated incident. But none the less, this was an inconvenience for me.

Summary: Excellent stay. Highly recommended. I had a great Welcome in person Daniella she was very nice and helpful. Thank for your kindness… we enjoyed the stay and the pool and fitness and the distance from stores is close.

Summary: The area was very sketchy. People hanging out in the parking lot that clearly were not staying there. A false fire alarm went off at midnight. The $15 breakfast definitely not worth it. The food was disgusting

Summary: The room was clean everyone was very nice. The room smelled very bad, everything was damp and humid. Including the beds,blankets and carpet. Left about 5 hours after check in because we couldn’t sleep

Summary: Clean and friendly, but the elevators were the only thing that moved faster than molasses from the frig. The restaurant was out of EVERYTHING to make a complete meal, tea tasted old, and the soft drinks like pure carbonation. The added microwave, frig and large club chair with ottoman made the room really crowded. The bathroom was nice and bright, very clean, and the stock of beauty toiletries was super nice. The fact that the pillows were full size rather than those dumb 1/2 pilllows at most hotels was a super great surprise!!
