Positive: Location but has no Breakfast bar and the restaurant is an order but with a meal plan. Not nearly as others I stayed in on this trip.
Negative: The king size mattress has an edge that feels like a saw cutting into you when sitting. All in all this Holiday Inn lacks the nice items of most IHG hotels. Should have known when attempting to reserve this facility and it did not want to give me a good rate. Booked through Booking so no points but thought I would like the facility. Sad is what I call this hotel.
Summary: Nice outside but lacking, think hard before paying their rates.

Positive: The staff were friendly.
Negative: There were a lot of minor issues I had with the room. The issues didn’t really affect me, but for the price I felt that the room wasn’t worth it. For example, the toilet made a constant noise, the outlet beside my bed didn’t work, and the WiFi was very slow and spotty. However, a major issue I had with my room was that the carpet was dirty. The staff did offer to move me to another room.

Positive: Everything was comfortable and the staff was excellent.
Negative: The Wi-Fi was hard to get on and we didn't know we had to go to the front d al for a ticket for breakfast.
Summary: We stayed one night and it was comfortable and the staff was great.

Positive: Very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was extremely nice. Easy access to and from the hotel as it is right off the interstate and not in a crowded area. This was great as we were staying in Columbia but attending events in Jefferson City.
Negative: Nothing to complain about.
