Summary: This property shows pictures of a swimming pool but it doesn't have one. I even called ahead to verify itand the person on the phone said yes we have an indoor pool. We came as a group of 9 it would have been nice. I feel like I spent too much money for the accommodations.

Summary: Absolutely lovely! Very clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and bedding. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Brandon, who kindly obliged our request for extra pillows. Will opt for Holiday Inn again in the future.

Summary: We could not stay at your property, because of the ice and snow coming in.2/18/2025. We would have never gotten home if we had stayed in Hilliard, Ohio I can not review your Hotel.

Summary: We love this hotel , been here a few times . The breakfast is always a plus . We did come down to the bar and the bartender was so nice and funny . The front desk person was very friendly and he checked us in last time we stayed . Very well mannered and polite . Great hotel
