Summary: Just stopping for the night on the way to Myrtle Beach with the family. The staff at check in was very nice and welcoming. Great room, great price and breakfast was great!

Summary: I used to be a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. Now retired, I don't stay at hotels that often, but I think I will now avoid the chain. Last week I ordered a handicap room but got a standard room which was totally unacceptable. This week I got a handicap room, but the window shade was stuck all the way down, and the desk lamp didn't work. This was the same Holiday Inn Express property, so maybe it's just this site. But there are other hotels chains that I've stayed at that are better.
