Summary: Location was great, just off the highway. Nice clean hotel, quiet, room was clean and fredh, bed was comfy, bathromm was clean. I gave 4 stars instard of 5 because the bed pillows were.a little smelly. Its the one thing I just stamd at a hotel. It happens in many.places and I am sure there is a way to.prevent it. So if your pillows smell I cant give 5 stars.

Summary: Overall, it’s good, but the carpet has a moldy smell, and the bathroom curtain has a strong mildew odor. I noticed the same thing for all five days of my stay, and a colleague who stayed in a different room experienced the same discomfort. When I stayed here last year, there was also the same moldy smell. It seems they don’t use carpet cleaners or mold removers for the shower curtains. That’s disappointing.

Summary: Hotel was just what we needed, clean and convenient to our destination, and people were nice. The Pressed fast-casual restaurant next door had great food. However we've had some trouble getting one unused night cancelled and refunded, and Hotels.com and the property seem to be pointing fingers at each other instead of being flexible for a good customer. We hope it is resolved in our favor, but this has colored our opinion a bit about this stay.

Summary: Air conditioner stopped working both nites of my stay after I was asleep. They fixed it after first nite, then it broke again second nite. They could not reimburse not give points fort stay since booked thru third party website
