Summary: The staff were fabulous - informative, helpful and cheerful. (Especially check-in - Ey up to you from the Yorkshire lasses !!) Nothing too much trouble for anyone and you were always greeted with a smile. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was vast and very tasty. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great base from which to explore beautiful Northern Ireland. We will be back !!

Summary: We stayed at the Copthorne as part of a multi trip itinerary (Canada to London, Belfast, and Reykjavik) while visiting relatives. There was no safe in the room; but, other than that, everything about our experience at this hotel was five star!

Summary: Hotel was nice, breakfast was very good, especially hash browns. There is a big retail park just across the street. Convenient stay. Visiting nearby Lough Neagh requires either a long walk or some form of transportation.

Summary: The hotel was a great place to stay and well located for Belfast International Airport. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful Room was nice and clean and a nice lobby to relax that night with the family
