Summary: Check in was a little hetic, around 4 O'clock and rooms were still being clean. Breakfast was .. well bad. I went 1 hour before closing , they were out of everything but bacon and sausage. Dirty area and not kept. Made me not want to eat anyhing at all. My room was clean when i got in there, but no trash can in the bathroom? If i come back to the area, i may look into staying else where

Summary: Staff was friendly and willing to give information upon request. Bed was comfortable. But, there was mold in the bathroom door and walls, sink was clogged, to have breakfast you must go very early...at 8:30 am there was no coffee and some things were no longer available. The most important thing...there is NO water to drink! The small lobby store had NO water to sell and there were no vending machines in the property. We had to go to a Walmart to buy some water to prevent dehydration!!!

Summary: The room and front desk were great. There was no breakfast in the morning. The young man working in the kitchen should be praised for trying to be attentive to our needs. He got left holding the bag and facing the public. The answer we received was that the delivery truck had not come yet, so they were out of food, except bacon. Very poor planning on management's part. Worst i have ever encountered.

Summary: The hotel was decent. Staff was very friendly and nice and breakfast was good. My only issue was the cleanliness. Our room had not been vacuumed at all. It still has food crumbs and things in the floor from the last guest. Bathroom wasn’t very clean either. There was a noticeable dog smell through the hotel also. Other than the cleaning issues the rest was fine.

Summary: The first room they gave us, had not been cleaned. We went back to the desk. The manager was very accommodating and gave us another room. Took a shower and the glass slider would not open. Yikes I had to scream for my husband to help open the door. The toilet seat was not secure and moved every time you sat on it. Well, the next morning went to breakfast and the attendant had not shown up for work. The ladies were very apologetic and tried to get things ready. We understand help is hard to find. Not a great stay
