Summary: Front dest associate was very rude when i checked in. She wanted to argue with me even tho i had paperwork for a service dog. She wanted to charge $55 extra a night. Untill we showed more proof than should have been.

Summary: Keosha at the front desk is an absolute all star! Check in was very easy and after a stressful day, I felt very relaxed even before I got to my room. Rhea, the front desk manager, was very kind and welcoming! This will be the only hotel I stay at in Flint.
