Summary: All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, pool is great, and the shower had pressure in spades!! Small annoyance is the room temperature control, set on a timer, and I do understand the reasoning, however I would have preferred the room a bit cooler. Overall fantastic stay!

Summary: Great stay. Breakfast was excellent. Only comment would be for a second TV in the side of the suite where the sofa bed is located.

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet that night. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful (TV wasn't working properly but she solved problem quickly). Renovations going on in the another part of the hotel did not affect the part of the hotel I was in.

Summary: It wasnt the hotel's fault but Hotels.com should let the customers know when there are renovations happening and inform people that the pool and gym are closed. We booked this hotel because of the pool ammenity and we were very disappointed to find it was closed.
