Summary: property was clean. they wouldn't take cash for payment, I've stayed at holiday inn express's many times, the night before in Amarillo and never refused cash for payment. Couldn't use available discounts because I booked through expedia, needless to say I'm done booking through a 3rd party

Summary: I’m surprised at the rating for this hotel. Positives are the area feels safe and it’s conveniently located just off the highway. However; it is one of the dirtiest rooms we’ve stayed in. There was hair everywhere- the bathroom floor, the tub, even the sheets. And the sheets smelled awful, like used gym clothes. There was yellow stains on the comforter. The room was also very hot and when we adjusted the thermostat, it didn’t kick on any AC to cool the room.

Summary: The room look to be renovated recently. Did not care for the decor; it was so minimalistic that is almost seemed industrial. The chest where a TV usually sits was replaced by an all purpose bench/luggage shelf. Other than that, the room seemed to have a bit of an odor, but appeared nicely clean. Breakfast was good, always love HI cinnamon rolls!

Summary: Bathroomwas not clean and room was very dusty. Hotel desk personal, upon arriving had very bad body ouder and breathe. Washer and dryer were dirty.
