Summary: We arrived after traveling and checked in. The whole lobby smelled like chlorine. We went to our first room and it was simply not clean. There were years of build up in the bathroom, something nasty not wiped off the counter, and overall the mirrors and hard surfaces were wiped with some dirty cloth or something that didn’t clean! The front desk moved us to another room and it wasn’t cleaned either! There was a dirty, used wash cloth tossed on the top of the shower curtain. Sparkle nail polish on the bathroom sink. The desk wanted to move us to a third room, we decided to just stay, at least the beds looked clean and they were comfortable. Finally, there was only one Subway opened to get food near the hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel, however the manager seemed concerned and hopefully they get it cleaned up!

Summary: The pool had too much chlorine and it caused burning of the eyes. We needed ventilation. When we called they agreed to have the maintenance person open the doors. This helped much needed to be opened longer.

Summary: Positives: The room was clean, comfortable and fairly new. The hotel is in a good location. Negatives: The value for what we paid is not there. Our room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. One hour late.

Summary: Clean and modern hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Donovan and Andrew were both very pleasant even though we crossed paths at 5:30am. Donovan went above and beyond to be helpful. Appreciate the service, easy and fast check in and a clean hotel for an affordable price. Easy parking as well.

Summary: The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough. Although there is a quiet time, the hotel is surrounded by student apartments so it isn’t always quiet. The location was good for our needs, near the starting line of the Eugene Marathon.

Summary: The hotel was nice, close to the University of Oregon campus, restaurants, and very walkable. The not issue was we stayed on the first floor near the swimming pool and it really smelled badly of chlorine. If not for that issue I would have given 5 stars.
