Summary: It was okay! The towels in the bathroom were not clean. The gym had no towels, water or anything to clean the equipment. The pool was closed for maintenance due to chlorine? In the morning a sign was posted that it was a cold breakfast only! Inquired about coffee and was told they had to brew some, when coming back down to inquire about it was giving attitude!

Summary: Overall it was an okay emergency place to sleep. The floors were clearly dirty. Bathroom tub surround and walls need attention; new caulk, sanding, and painting. It appeared really dirty especially the corners of the bathroom floor.

Summary: Customer service was exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part, just some small details, like the TV was full of dust and some corners in the room were not clean. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The main areas, like the lobby and pool area were very clean and well maintained.
