Positive: The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Breakfast was good although some items were not replenished. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Our bed was very comfortable.
Negative: The room we were in had stains on the carpet, a chair cover because I'm assuming the chair was stained, and the road noise in the room we had was very loud and disrupted our sleep.

Positive: The quick check in when we arrived to the hotel. We had to be somewhere at a certain time and the quickness of the check in ensured we had plenty of time to get our items to the room and relax for a moment.
Negative: I wish breakfast was at 6, rather than 7 am. We were not able to have breakfast in the morning at the hotel due to having to leave earlier to be where we needed to be for the day.

Positive: It was convenient location and a really good breakfast.
Negative: The jacuzzi tub would fill with water and that was all great but would not do the jacuzzi part. So we just had a big tub. And I’m not sure if it was the people above us or what but someone made so much noise during the night it was hard to get any sleep.

Positive: The staff was very helpful in assisting me move rooms
Negative: The lobby is updated, but the rooms are not. We entered the room to find suspicious stains on the bed frame. I talked to the front desk and she was very helpful at moving us. Unfortunately the new room was right next to the expressway.

Negative: There was hair around the bathtub that was not ours. The bed was squeaky. The hotel lobby looked to have been remodeled, but he the rooms and hallways were a bit dated.
