Summary: Had a really good stay at this hotel. It does require some maintenance but overall we were happy

Summary: Elevator was out of service, card key wouldn't work on exterior door, my room door once you got in would not shut unless you are in the room, ants were in the window and on the curtains, vent doors weren't covering the jetted tub, hair was in the bathtub thats inside the bathroom.

Summary: The elevator was out of order. The ice machines were out of order. The bathroom in the pool area was out of order. Part of the ceiling was falling down in the pool area. The security doors were never locked except the one into our room. The shower in our room didnt work properly. The mattress was extremely hard. The staff was very friendly and helpful but it does not make up for the fact that this hotel was not worth the price we paid to stay there and will never stay there again.

Summary: For the price we paid: The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3 rd floor. The side door wouldn't open with a key to get in near our stairwell. The rooms were clean but tile in the bathroom was loose and mold in the cocking of the bathroom. The stairwells were dusty and dirty carpets.

Summary: They are trying to renovate, but slowly, it seems. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom really needed to be re-caulked. The elevator didn't work on the morning that we left. We were glad we were on the 2nd floor.

Summary: Hotel.com advertises suite with 2queen beds and 1 double sofa bed a room that sleeps 7. This hotel DOES NOT! Have double sofa bed in a room. It is a TWIN SOFA BED. It sleeps 5 There was no manager on duty at the time of my arrival. I had to speak to front desk manager over the phone. She was pleasant and apologized all they could offer was a roller away bed be brought in or charge me for another room if available. The 2 front desk reps that were there; 1 tried her best to be pleasant and helpful the other was rude and combative talked over me even while on phone with manager. The next morning At check out I asked for my receipt, the manager made herself known to me. She Apologized gave me $45 credit to my credit card says my reservation was through Expedia as I showed her I used hotels.com. She apologized for the 2 front clerks behavior from the night and stated that other issues going on that night lead to their poor customer service that had nothing to do with my situation. I let her know that was unfortunate and I thanked her for the credit and her time.
