Summary: It is tricky to find especially in the dark and they offer a parking garage which is nice for its location. Also, when the remodel gets done the breakfast area will be really nice.

Summary: Room very very cold as the windows were super thin, we are on the sixth floor, and you could hear people talking below on the ground. It made the room very cold and loud. Hotel itself was clean, service fine. OK area.

Summary: They let me check in almoat 2 hours early which is awesome. The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall was the renovation in progress and having to pay additional for on site parking. Overall a good stay.

Summary: Check in staff was amazingly helpful. Made the trip great to start. At night the garage was very full so people took the disability parking spaces that didn’t have disability parking permits. Staffed couldn’t be bothered to do anything, didn’t appear to care at all. Left trip with a very sour feeling at the end.

Summary: I live in the DFW area and needed to stay closer To the airport. I have never stayed here but I will say I will always stay here from now on. Staff was amazing. Room was exactly what I wanted and I could not have asked for more. I accidentally double booked this room and the 3rd party told me there was nothing they could do. The hotel staff took care of This in seconds and without hesitation. New favorite place to stay when I have to get to the airport early.
