Summary: It’s going through some construction. Definitely out dated. Ventilation in the bathroom was not very good. We got a lady the time we checked in and she was not very kind. Felt like we were bothering her when we asked for extra items for our family of 6. Extra towels, bedding, etc. breakfast was good the staff that does that worked hard to keep that area nice and clean and breakfast supplied.

Summary: The hotel was nice; clean and comfortable. We had issues with the card reader on our door. Our key would never work. We asked for new keys three times and that didn’t help. We were there for a basketball tournament and typically eat as a team on Saturdays. Apparently it was an issue for us to eat in the breakfast area or make any noise while doing so.

Summary: We checked in later in the evening due to traveling from far away, and that process was easy. No thrills, but easy enough. Our AC did not seem to be working in the room and the same guy who checked us in explained Maintenance is "on call" but was unavailable, so he came to try and help us out, which was great, but unfortunately, the AC never ended up working and we had to switch rooms the next morning. The ladies at the front desk and housekeeping helped make that a pretty seamless process, but just a bit of a hassle with packing up our stuff to move a few doors down. It was great they accommodated us though. Price was decent and location was good for what we needed it for.

Summary: Upon arrival the front desk girl tried to have us pay a second time, although we already paid through Hotels.com. I refused and showed her my bank account and receipt, so she had to call her manager. They put us through as having paid with cash just to get us our room and we had to deal with another receptionist the next morning. Our room had no toilet paper on the roll, had only two towels to use, the refrigerator did not work, and there was no hot water. When we went to the pool area, there were no towels available. The buffet breakfast had minimal to offer, as the guy in charge of the food was more busy outside smoking dope than keeping the food stocked. There was no coffee at all available and the pancake machine was out of service.

Summary: Overcharged by $168.17 and was told there wasn’t anything that could be done until a manager arrived in the morning. When I asked for a receipt for the overcharge I was told I couldn’t be given one.
