Positive: Check in was easy and the gentleman that checked us in was great.
Negative: Only issue is before the 11am checkout there was a knock at the door I didnt answer but it was the cleaner, so I felt that they were trying to rush us out so we took showers packed up and upon leaving the room the cleaner said sorry for knocking earlier I was asked by another employee to knock, now this is about 2 hours prior to 11am I had the door hanger on and if they wanted to know if we were gone just ask front desk if we checked out, needles to say we left and checked out prior to 11am felt rushed and don't plan on staying there agai.

Positive: All the staff we delay with was very helpful but Isabelle was fabulous! She was helpful and friendly and greeted each of our families with such warmth!!
Negative: Just a suggestion to have more seating in the breakfast area.

Negative: I was absolutely insulted and embarrassed, and centered out at breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was unprofessional, extremely rude, invasive and lied about her reasons for accosting me. I was left very upset, lost my appetite and confused. Was going to book another reservation however this encounter has changed my mind.
