Summary: Was okay. Bottom of tub was dirty looking and the floors/carpet needed to be cleaned. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Comfy bedding. Key card had to be reset, wasn’t working. Same with another guest’s room.

Summary: We were very disappointed with our recent stay. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the advertised hot breakfast included with our stay. The photos showed omelets and a variety of warm, freshly prepared options. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a sign stating the oven was out of order, and no hot breakfast or substitute was available. Instead, we were offered unappetizing bagels and a non-functioning baby pancake maker. It felt misleading and not at all in line with what was shown when booking. In addition to the breakfast issue, the HVAC system in our room was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top things off, we found a large spider in the bathroom, which added to our discomfort. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we felt let down by both the amenities and the condition of the room.

Summary: The staff was very nice. In our room, the TV remote didn't work (it controlled the volume and power, but couldn't change the channels). Also, after walking around in our for 20 minutes without shoes, my clean socks became quite dirty. On a positive note, the staff were helpful with extra pillows and blankets. For the buffet breakfast, oatmeal and pancakes were the only hot foods, because the oven wasn't working. That eliminated 80% of our breakfast options. Overall, the property is decent, in safe surroundings. With just a few small repairs and attention to detail, they will be very good.

Summary: Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. One issue was the very low toilet. Difficult for older people or anyone with flexibility issues; no grab bars to assist. Breakfast was good with many choices. Loved the coffee!
