Summary: Everything about our stay way great! Cierra greeted us and made our check in easy and pleasant. Rooms are clean and it was very quiet during the night. Would definitely stay again if we travel through the quad cities!!!

Summary: It was good enough. I would put excellent except that they couldn't provide an extra pillow (they were short on pillows?) The hotel was not full so not sure why there is a pillow shortage. Also, they had no coffee for the continental breakfast (they didn't get a shipment in?). We got down stairs 1 hour before the end of breakfast. Their suggestion was to go make one cup in the room but the flavored creamer was out too so we'd have to use the crappy powdered cream. So we were stuck leaving the hotel for drinkable coffee. I paid for the most expensive hotel in the immediate area and was disappointed because I had to leave and pay more for the simplest of amenities. I ended my day annoyed (the pillow) and started my day annoyed (the coffee). But the room was clean and I guess that's the most important thing which is why I said it was good enough. I just know for next time I can't rely on them for anything extra. The front desk girl was nice. The sundry shop had a nice variety although we didn't purchase anything. The jets on the hot tub didn't seem to work.

Summary: A place to sleep. Very disappointed about their Jacuzzi!! I specifically booked here because they have a Jacuzzi! You would think that since they were completely booked for the Rascal Flats Concert, a manager would have wanted to make sure everything would be in good working order..? But NO. The Jacuzzi temperature was just barely bath water and when jets were turned on; they barley moved the water. My shower was hotter! What's equally frustrating is I went and asked the guy at the front desk who said he'd come look. Mever did. And when I went back up there I got a oh ya, let me tell my manager. Mind you because they were booked; they pulled the $ from my account before I checked in. So at checkout, I brought it up and said a discount would be nice.. I could have booked a cheaper place with no pool and Jacuzzi. She completely ignored my request, handed me my receipt and walked away. Save yourself the trouble and Book at Hampton Inn Suits!

Summary: The hotel was newly-remodeled and very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was sizable. Bed was very comfy. Two pillows for each person; one pillow case indicated soft and the other firm. Nice touch! Buffet breakfast had a nice selection of food and beverages. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Location was very convenient to downtown Moline and the Vibtrant Arena. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Amazing the staff was great. Even gave a few recommendations for dinner. Stayed 5 days. Only thing I would say is the breakfast could use a lil up keeping. My last day the eggs were so dry and over cooked my toast was softer.
