Summary: Overall, the stay was fine. The front desk was helpful and upgraded our stay. They were very friendly. The first two rooms we got were not ready. It was upgraded and the next was good. The ceiling seemed to be crumbling, but the room itself was clean. The pool was good BUT…there are first floor rooms viewing the pool and we could see into rooms of their blinds are open and 1 room was. I did not like that for my children. Anything could happen.

Summary: This place was so relaxing, very clean. Guest services was helpful and kind. The breakfast was so good. It was quiet and pleasant. Will definitely be booking again.

Summary: The staff here is excellent.Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are updated and ckean. Property is beautifully laid out with plenty of areas to sit and have conversations or conferences. There are so many restaurants within a block walking distance.

Summary: This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at lately. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had great choices. We were there 3 days and each day had a different offering. My daughter was pleasantly surprised they had Greek yogurt. Very quiet hotel/area. I was nervous about staying so close to I-88 but didn’t hear it all. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: It was overall good, there only suggestion is that the breakfast menu could use a few more options No problem tho. We are in the area offen, and will stay at this facility next time.

Summary: It was a great property. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The only issue was a loud guest yelling and beating on their hotel door in the middle of the night, which I tried a couple of times to help calm them down until they did. Otherwise, the stay was great and I have no complaints.
