Positive: The room was spacious, clean and had a great bathroom.
Negative: It was very noisy. The freeway is right outside the hotel and it was very loud. We couldn’t sleep much. If the hotel would invest in double window it would help getting the rest you are looking for.

Positive: The location was right by Penn’s Landing and Old City. Also easy access to the highway. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. It was very convenient to have the parking lot access even though it was $35 a day. The breakfast buffet was good with many choices. Coffee was also very good.
Negative: We had a room on the 10th floor and it took a while for the hot water to come up the pipes. The air conditioner was a little noisy but not terrible. There was some sort of construction in the lobby by the elevators. The elevators were not the cleanest.
Summary: Surprisingly nice stay. I would stay here again.
