Summary: Breakfast was good. Rooms way too small for comfort! 2 full beds. Both my kids could barely fit in a bed comfortable. Shower stall with toilet was separate from the bathroom sink which was constantly leaking. The shower stall was roomy, but nowhere to put your bath items, ex. Soap, rag, shampoo & conditioner. The hallways were warm and halls dingy; it could definitely use an update. First time we opened our room door there was a strong chemical odor. Not sure if it was a cleaner or insecticide. There was maybe 2 ft of floor space between the bed and the table where TV was. Beds were very comfortable but rooms way too cramped for more than a few hours of stay. Area/location was pleasant.

Summary: Good service. Nice Breakfast, the staff was very nice. The room was clean. The refrigerator was louder than the AC though. Location is convenient to shopping.

Summary: Staff and customer service is very professional. The lobby is nice and clean. The suite accommodated our every need, stayed 3 nights had no complaints .Bed was comfortable. Will stay again.

Summary: The check in was great, we got there early but Mrs. Stephanie made sure we were checked in with no problem. The hospitality was great from everyone and the breakfast was a plus. We did have a minor issue but the manager and everyone involved insured us that everything was ok.

Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and honestly better than I expected it. The room was comfortable. The only issue I can mention about the parking. There were plenty of parking but no night time security. Lots of car broken into at the parking lot during one of the night. We were lucky nothing happened to our car.

Summary: TV in room 229 needs to be replaced. Maintenance told me there's nothing that could be done as the hotel was booked solid. 10 minutes later they said theh could move me to another room. After settling in to the 2nd room, 219, i realized that room butted up against the elevators. It was constant rumbling and shaking. I opted to go back to the 1st room. Next, i asked if the refrigerators in the rooms have a freezer. I have ice packs that i'd need to be frozen. One desk clerk said i could bring them to the desk to be put in a freezer they had. When i did that, the 2nd desk clerk said they don't take guests items for "storage". Lastly, overnight, in the wide-open, unlit parking lot, which is unattended, there were 15 vehicles broken into. Luckily, i was not affected. Not sure if I'll stay in this location again.

Summary: The room was small and the first thing I saw when I walked into the bathroom was a roach on the floor that I had to step on and clean up. Then the toilet was stopped up. The front desk staff was friendly enough, but I was not impressed with the property.

Summary: The counter attendants were very helpful. The morning breakfast food and service were excellent. I booked three rooms, Suites. I didn't hear any complaints from the other two rooms. I did have a few issues with the room. Water drained from the tube slowly. Several lights were not working in the bathroom. I had to go to the main desk to get my fresh towels. We cleaned our room for 5 days. Both elevators were dirty. Overall, we really enjoyed stay there and will stay again.
