Summary: The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Plenty of great options. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with the mattress. It wasn’t terrible but it was more firm than we are used to which caused my husband and me a little discomfort. Overall our experience was a good one and I would recommend this small town hotel over many I’ve stayed in that I would have expected more from.

Summary: My coworker and I stayed here for 2 days for a business trip. Unfortunately, our job involved working overnight and sleepng during the day. The beds werent terrible, but the cooling system did however dissapoint. I know we've entered peak heat season in Texas but the ac never managed to reach below 72°. Not intolerable but warmer than we'd prefer. The shower had mold forming in the caulked joints, and the exhaust fan in the restroom did not work. Overall, we were able to get some rest and continue our scheduled work routine.

Summary: We’ve stayed here many times and it’s not perfect but the main issue we’ve grown tired of is the staff aren’t very friendly. On this particular trip it felt like we were being looked down on. We had bought a new home and were coming in to empty our 3 storage units out at the lake and so whenever we’d get finished up, of course we’d be sweaty when we got back, but when I’d ask a question to the lady at the front desk, she’d treat me like I was beneath her and that really didn’t make me feel good at all. After this, we started staying in Sherman for all our other trips.

Summary: Not much to like. They gave my room key to another person and I had to go trade with them. Air conditioning was terrible. Check in was slow. Room was very outdated. Mold around tub tile. Housekeeping knocked on door at 10:00 and check-out wasn’t until 12:00. I paid Expedia at time of booking. But the hotel charged me for the room too on the card I left for incidentals when I checked in. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone so had to go through corporate.

Summary: We stay here anytime we come to Bonham because it’s honestly the BEST hotel there is in town. We’ve been staying here since it opened and things you can always count on here are consistency of a clean room, nice hot breakfast each morning, beds are still pretty comfortable; which is a HUGE plus when you’re sore from a long road trip, and they are pet friendly and since we travel with our yorkie, this is a big deal! One more thing that is a plus is the indoor pool! It’s always been clean and when we flew in with other family, my parents were able to swim with our little granddaughter and they all had an amazing time! If you’re making a trip to Bonham/Fannin County, this is where you’ll want to stay!
