Summary: The daytime hotel staff and property were great but the night staff allowed a travelling boys hockey team to run up and down the hallways making noise and hitting things and setting off alarms specifically a smoke alarm around 1130 pmuntil well after midnight for several hours and did nothing about it for a long time. Worst stay I've ever had at a holiday inn.

Summary: The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The beds were nice. Complimentary breakfast had multiple options and was hot and ready. The pool and workout area were fully stocked with towels and water to drink.

Summary: The common areas of the hotel were fine. The staff was working really hard, but our room was not cleaned very well. We had dirty bedding left for us that we were supposed to use for the pull out couch, hairs in the fridge and someone elses dirty q-tips left behind that were beside the garage can.
