Summary: Waited 10 minutes to get checked in the poor kid who was trying to run the front desk had to do 1 million different things at one time and he was trying his best while the management sat back in an office and just stared at the people in a line waiting to check in This poor boy was running around doing everything he could try to please everybody by himself. Made me sad for him. The hotel is OK. It could’ve been really good except that there was leftover food under our nightstand from the previous people all that obviously wasn’t cleaned up well

Summary: Check in was easy and quick. Our rooms were very nice with big tv, fridge, microwave and Keurig. All was clean. Bathroom and shower were good with nice soaps and lotions. Breakfast was good with so many options....oatmeal, bagels and toast, pancakes, eggs and sausage, including turkey sausage, egg white omelets and potatoes. Different to juices to select, decent coffee and good tea selection. I would stay here again.

Summary: Sadly the hot tub didn’t function and that was high on our list of desires. Pool was cold and dirty. Many small things broken or not functioning.
