Summary: Room was great but there was feces in the hallway on the 2nd floor for a few hours before it was cleaned up. Hotel was great besides that

Summary: The room had a slight smell like it had been closed up for a long period of time. During the breakfast hour the servers were rude, talking very nasty to the customer or not even responding. This past weekend there was a special Olympics event being held in the city and there were some individuals there with special needs. They were not acknowledged when asked a question about the selections. They need a new profession. I was upset about their interaction with the guests.

Summary: I requested a crib for my reservation and upon asking them multiple times, they never gave me one. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answers, despite someone being there. Terrible service. I'm not coming here again.

Summary: Front desk staff were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious and cozy. We did have a guest above us that was pretty noisy but we overlooked that as we believe it was a smaller kid.
