Summary: The hotel is excellent, really new, but the most important is the personnel attention in the reception front desk, they are very friendly and funny. These ladys know how satisfy any guest, they are willing for attend you, if you need food or a taxi, for example, they proceed immediately solving your request. Also alert with your checkout and bills. Exactly what you need when you have a business trip. They keep pending of you and do you feel. The included breakfast also very good with warm items. Really happy to have been there and I will.comeback for sure.

Summary: I had an amazing experience from checking until checkout. Rachel, Geroncia, Amari and Jessica were all excellent in their customer service and made me feel at home. Cleaning staff were also very polite and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. I would definitely be back!

Summary: The staff were friendly and polite. Many went above and beyond to ensure our experience in St. Vincent was a pleasant one. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. The kids enjoyed the pool especially at night. They had a good variety each day for breakfast, though the baked goods were dense and could be improved. Apart from breakfast and a tea/coffee station there was no restaurant onsite but there's a grocery store around the corner and a restaurant ~5 minute walk away. There was also a microwave in the room which we found helpful. It's a convenient location for the airport, but there's no transfer available. You would need a taxi or car to get around the island from here. The staff helped to organize transportation whenever needed, which was very helpful. Overall, we would choose this again if visiting St. Vincent.
