Summary: We loved our stay here. We stayed for just one night but the hotel was clean and comfortable and we were very happy with the spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was great as well. 5 stars

Summary: The afternoon evening clerk didn't get his name , but he was so helpful and gave great service our rooms air condition broke we were switched to another room with no problem .

Summary: Location was convenient. Customer service was pleasant however, our sheets and pillows were dirty and the water pressure in both rooms was extremely horrible.

Summary: We had a great Host Oscar was great help, very friendly it was nice seeing someone with a smile and courteous, everyone else looked like they were having a bad day he was very understanding why i have my service animal, when we arrived 1 of the hosts was saying they didnt allow even service animals, which was upsetting cuz their page said pet friendly, thats why i chose their hotel just to be told mine wasnt allowed after i already paid for my room. I paid their deposit like they asked. But i definitely enjoyed Mr. Oscar's positive attitude very kind. Unfortunately i wont be staying there again since my dog's comfort is my priority. Thank you though it was still lovely.
