Summary: It was unfortunate that the pool and the Jacuzzi were not working because we came down from the lake and really wanted to enjoy both of those things. Also, when I woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Not really that big of a deal. Those things happen! The breakfast was great and so is the staff.

Summary: The stay was good, comfortable beds and pillows it was pretty clean. Housekeeping checked with us one morning to ask if we needed anything. The only issue I had, was the person at the front desk called all day about a pre-authorization bc the hotel was full for the weekend. We were traveling and I was in and out of service and every time I called they put me on hold for a while and I would lose the call due to service. When I finally got a hold of her, I expressed I have never had anyone try to pre-authorize my card before we arrived for check in. The lady on the phone said it was the owners who wanted everyone to pay before arriving at the hotel.
