Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Summary: Super comfortable beds. Very clean hotel. Close to many dining options. Limited outlets for charging in the room. Second floor smelled like weed REALLY bad, and it never went away; affected the allergies. The room itself was fine.

Summary: The hotel is somewhat rundown. The shade used to block light at the window was damaged and did not close properly, letting light from the parking lot in and disturbing your sleep. There was no shampoo in the shower. One set of towels had been used and was stained with mascara. Housekeeper knocked persistently on the door starting at 8:30, although the checkout time was 11. I told her she was disturbing my ability to conduct work-related Zoom meetings, and that she could not knock every hour to see if I was still in the room. The hotel is right off the freeway and the breakfast was very good, with a buffet serving bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, omelettes, and sausage gravy with biscuits. The location is about half an hour outside Chicago itself, although the time to drive into the city was affected by highway construction and traffic delays.

Summary: I went in after I booked requesting adjoining rooms, was told she put it in the notes. Called the day before to confirm we could have adjoining rooms yes we can make that happen. Get there and oh we don’t have any a basketball team checked in last and each one of them has 1/2 adjoining rooms on each floor but we can put you in 2 rooms next to each other. The ac in one room wouldn’t turn off so we were cold. For queen suites they only have 2 bath towels in each room, then we had to call down and request sheets and blankets for sofa beds. The bathroom door didn’t lock.

Summary: Reserved this hotel to take my kid swimming on the last day of her spring break just to get to the hotel and the pool was closed! Would have been nice to have that posted somewhere on the site. Main purpose of the stay was the pool and a getaway. Very disappointed and kind of a waste of money but the room was clean and the beds were comfy

Summary: The property seemed clean and daytime staff friendly and available, however, we had ants in our room. Hot water in bathroom didn’t work properly. Only lukewarm on our first night and then cold showers the second night. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly without holding down the handle for an extended time. Night time staff was not readily available. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up and finally had to go behind the counter myself into an open door to ask someone to come out and help me. Hotel was advertised with a pool, but when we arrived the pool was closed. Overall, in no way was this hotel worth a nearly $500 bill for the weekend. Very disappointing. Reported to management but have not heard back. Will be contacting corporate for a partial refund.
