Positive: The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with the refrigerator in our room.
Negative: The elevator floors could have been cleaner, but this wasn’t a big deal since our room and bathroom were nice and clean.

Positive: The price was good and there are not many options in Hoboken. Hotel felt safe even though the area was very industrial.
Negative: It was difficult to get into. Google maps tries to take you the wrong way through a warehouse parking lot. Then it’s quite difficult to get turned around to get back to the hotel entrance. Once in the room, there were several maintenance issues. Window seal broken so the window was cloudy. Light shade was shredded. We called down to report the light shade issue so that we didn’t get billed for damage we didn’t create. They immediately switched our rooms. The next room had dead batteries in the thermostat. They immediately came up and relaxed the batteries. The staff was responsive and fixed issues, but questioning the quality of the maintenance staff that they don’t address these things before the room is occupied?
Summary: Close to Stevens college, warehouse area, cheap, decent, but maintenance needs improvement.
