Summary: The staffs were very accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very nice, but the room we stayed in was noisy. I can hear all the noises from outside the room.

Summary: We arrived late after a flight delay and were greeted warmly by the staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. The breakfast was abundant and the staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

Summary: Front desk staff courteous and professional. Unsure why housekeeping staff were off the day after we stayed as a sign was posted at check in desk. I am sure it would impact guests who stayed over the night after we checked out

Summary: Excellent place to stay! Clean and comfortable. Air conditioner/heater was great with options to regulate temperature and choose cooling/heating. Breakfast was nice too, but adding a couple more options would be great. Friendly staff, easy to park, all in all, excellent place to stay!

Summary: Dec. 29th stay. The hotel itself is great but there were several young kids (8-10 ish years old) running around the halls and playing (with no attempt by a parent to quiet them) until after 2:00am!!! I am sure that they disturbed everyone on our floor - and possibly the floor below.

Summary: Had a room on the highway side... it was still one of the quietest rooms I've ever been in. Obviously a newer hotel, but they put thought into soundproofing. Common rooms on the floor with tables and ice machines were great. Also enclosed to keep any noise out of the halls.

Summary: A very nice property with a wood look inside. We played games but the real fire in the lobby, free coffee in the morning, and the hot tub outside is wonderful. It’s also conveniently close to Revelstoke mountain resort.

Summary: Quite surprised to see the wear and tear on the couch in our room. Not that it was the hotel staff fault but they seem to be a hockey tournament going on in young players are very loud and ignorant, and the parents do nothing about it
