Summary: Key had to be made twice. Good thing I had 2 keys. When using key after 11pm to into hotel lobby from outside it doesn’t open door to your room. Used 2nd key to get in. Great location. Near soccer fields at James Regional.

Summary: Great experience staying here and would definitely stay again. I was very familiar with the area having lived in Vegas for a couple of years. This hotel was just down the street from my former residence. Extremely close to coffee shops and restaurants and not to mention a pub sharing the same parking lot. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The strip was not on our agenda for this trip but itself only about 10 minutes away. This was a great hotel and brought back memories of my short time living there. I'll definitely stay again.

Summary: Everything was as good or better than I expected. The hotel appeared to be relatively new so the facilities were in good condition and made a good impression. The staff were courteous and helpful. The staff that prepared the breakfast did an excellent job and the variety of breakfast foods was better than most hotels where I have stayed in the past. The only area that I saw that could be improved was the carpet in the room in which we stayed. The carpet needs to be cleaned since it made the bottom of my feet dirty when I walked on it barefooted.
