Summary: In the first room they gave us, the A/C was making loud, horrible noises. The room smelled very strongly of mildew, eo much so that my nose immediately started burning when entering the room. The staff was happy to move us into another room that did not have the same problems. The new room was generally clean, except the carpet was incredibly sticky all over (enough to be uncomfortable going without shoes on it). The edge of the duvet was in really rough shape, with busted seams and hanging frays. It was "fine", but the quality is not what I've come to expect from Holiday Inns.

Summary: We stayed room 208, no k cups, no coffee cups or water cups, no toilet paper, and bedding was dirty. Im not even sure this room had been cleaned before our stay.

Summary: Outside appearances are deceiving. The inside was in despair. Lights didn’t work in bathroom, stains on carpet and tub, the curtain had more holes than solid space to block out the light.

Summary: Great place that we stay at everytime. We had an issue with a lost credit card that turned into a huge fiasco that a manager never got involved. So we will never stay there again.
