Negative: their was leftover drinks in the fridge from a previous occupant, the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower while bathing

Positive: I did not . some of the staff were rude , roaches were in the bathroom . I made staff aware and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal . I had to practically beg for a room change .

Positive: There was no breakfast or coffee, the bathroom was small there was only one trash can. And the door of the refrigerator was hard to open not to mention it barely worked even turning it on high.
Negative: Bed,bathroom and breakfast the pool area was closed.
