Summary: The check in process was horrible and took forever, one person behind me was even given a key to her room only to find it still dirty. According to the manager “too many people checked in at 3, you weren’t supposed to go to your room for 30 more minutes”. The hotel is not taken care of, there were scuffs on the walls, and everything in the hallway looked dirty. The bathtub in my room was disgusting. You book a holiday inn and expect a great experience and this was not it.

Summary: Older hotel in desperate need of updates. Seems short staffed and the nice ladies working the desk appear to be overwhelmed without help. The pull out coach mattresses need to be replaced terribly. They were replacing all of the bed mattresses while we were there, which we weren’t sure was being done as an investment or because of other reasons such as a pest issue. There is one elevator and it’s slow. Breakfast gave a good offering for the mornings.

Summary: I have stayed here several times. The facilities need a little TLC but the room was clean and nice. Front desk helpful.
