Positive: The breakfast was great. Staff were lovly, the sauna was a lovely surprise, easy walk to city centre. The meals we had for dinner where amazing.
Negative: The pillows where ok, I know we didn’t pay for a spacific view but I didn’t expect to be on the road and not able to open the curtains, may aswell have had a wall there. I don’t think a queen bed should be an option just go for king, the sheets where ok not great, I could see through the duvet there was minimal stuffing in it.
Summary: Great all round, will be back.

Positive: I am not sure if this will be seen only by IHG staff or by guests considering to stay here - but I am hoping it is the latter because I had such an awesome weeks stay here. This was accommodated by the friendliest staff, incredible facilities (gym, sauna, dry room), delicious breakfast buffet, and superb location. I definitely plan on coming back to stay again during the snow season next year!! 😃
Negative: The ONLY thing that bothered me during my stay was the absence of openable windows in our room (I'm unsure if this was the case for all levels or just the level we stayed on). But as someone who likes to sleep in cooler conditions, I didn't find the aircon to work as well as I'd hoped.
